Cleaning Tasks for the Household (Standard)


Based on our personalized experience, we’ve created a detailed work list for our general household cleaning services that will cover every inch and corner of your home. Our task list and quotes are based on offering a high level of personalized service that ecocleansolutions.ie are convinced will provide you with complete satisfaction and good value for money.

The cleaners execute a typical domestic/office work list on a weekly or fortnightly basis; but, if you choose, you can prepare your own list of requirements for each visit; this task list will assist and guide you in developing your own cleaning list. Our regular end-of-tenancy/spring cleaning task list is intended to serve as a guide for clients to understand what to expect from the service. Kitchen

  • Remove stains, filth, and finger marks from all cupboards and drawers by cleaning and polishing them.
  • Clean grime and finger marks from the refrigerator and freezer.
  • Clean the stovetop and the outside of the oven*
  • Clean the inside and outside of the microwave, removing stains and finger prints if possible*
  • Clean all appliances, such as the dishwasher and the washing machine. dirt and fingermarks removal
  • Clean and wash all surfaces and tops, and polish as needed.
  • Clean the extractor over the stove*.
  • Clean and wash the sink, as well as the taps and tiles surrounding it.
  • Clean and wipe the door handles, and where feasible, remove stains and finger marks.
  • Wherever possible, dust lamp shades and light switches.
  • Bins should be emptied, bin bags should be changed, and bins should be wiped off.
  • Clean the floor by sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping it (if not carpeted)

Bathroom/Toilet

  • Radiators should be cleaned and dusted on a clean basis.
  • Picture frames and lamp forms should be dusted.
  • Remove finger marks and grime from light switches by cleaning and wiping them.
  • Window ledges should be cleaned and dusted.
  • Bins that have been emptied

Bedrooms

  • Wardrobes and drawers should be cleaned and wiped.
  • Mirrors and glass surfaces should be cleaned and polished.
  • All surfaces and tops should be dusted and polished.
  • Picture frames and lampshades should be dusted.
  • Window sills and ledges should be dusted.
  • Pick up messes, clothes left outside the closet, and so on (if necessary)*
  • Make your bed, fluff your pillows, and fix your duvet*
  • If necessary, switch sheets
  • Skirting boards should be clean and dust-free.
  • Remove finger marks and grime from light switches by cleaning and wiping them.
  • If required, vacuum and mop the floor.
  • Bins that have been emptied

All of the rooms

  • Skirting boards should be clean and dust-free.

  • Remove finger marks by cleaning and wiping the door handles.

  • Remove fingerprints and debris from light switches by cleaning and wiping them.

Staircase and entrance/hallway

  • Skirting boards should be clean and dust-free.

  • Wipe the ledges of the windows.

Tasks on Special Request

  • Ironing services are available for pants, shirts, and dresses, among other items.
  • Dishes to be washed and dishwashing machine to be loaded and unloaded*

Please allow extra time when cleaning chores noted with an asterisk are required of the cleaner; we recommend making a timetable for such tasks

  • Flick dust windowsills and ledges above average hand height, and wash and dry all skirting boards.
  • All hard surface areas, including tiles and partitions, should be thoroughly cleaned.
  • Sanitation of toilets and washrooms, as well as deep clean of sanitary ware

Safety and Health

For reasons of health and safety:

  • Cleaners are not permitted to work from a height or outside your home.
  • Work with volatile chemicals or in such situations is prohibited for cleaners.
  • Cleaners are not permitted to clean electrical equipment unless the power is turned off.
  • It is illegal for cleaners to provide personal hygiene or clean human waste.
  • Lifting large objects or furniture is prohibited for cleaners.
